Procida, seen from the water.

As we approach Procida, the waterfront houses come into view beneath the outline of Terra Murata. We will follow the coast towards Corricella, with time to cruise and pause where conditions allow. Your boat is reserved for your group, with a skipper who adapts the day to the sea and your preferences. If agreed and feasible, a stop ashore can leave time for a walk, a coffee and a return to the boat.

Itinerary and arrangements

Skippered tours run from 10:00 to 17:00. To leave later, contact the team before the day of your tour and agree the departure time. To return earlier, tell your skipper during the trip. Return remains by 17:00.

Corricella

We will arrive off Corricella by sea, with colourful houses gathered above the small harbour and boats moored beneath the terraces. Take time to photograph the village and watch it from the water. If agreed, and when access and conditions allow, we can arrange a stop ashore for a walk or a coffee.

Terra Murata

We will cruise below the outline of Terra Murata, the high ground that frames Procida from the sea. From the boat, you can see the coastal walls and buildings facing the water. Your skipper will choose a suitable course and distance, leaving time to look around and photograph the island from a different angle.

Procida’s coastline

We will continue along Procida’s coastline, leaving the harbours behind to see beaches and headlands from the boat. When sea conditions and safety allow, your skipper can choose a suitable place to pause and swim. There is no fixed number of stops: we agree them during the day, with time to stay aboard too.

The small harbours

As we cruise, you will see the island change around its small harbours: moored boats, houses close to the water and people moving along the quays. We will watch from the sea, without promising a landing. Any pause ashore depends on the chosen route, access and the time available during the day.

The headlands

Between stretches of coast, we will pass headlands where the view opens towards the sea and the scenery changes again. Your skipper will assess the route according to wind and water conditions. Watch the island draw closer and recede as we cruise, or settle into the shade before the next pause on the water.

Sheltered stretches

Along the route, your skipper will look for suitable places to pause, assessing sea conditions and safety before stopping the boat. No particular bay is guaranteed: the best spot can change from day to day. With the engine off, you can swim, use the snorkeling equipment when conditions allow or relax aboard.

Lunch by the sea

On the full-day tour we can arrange a pause for lunch. Your skipper can help choose a suitable stop according to your location, sea conditions and availability ashore. We will agree the pause as part of planning your day.

Where does the tour start?

Departure and return harbours are agreed according to the boat, service and availability. We confirm them in your quote.

Is fuel included?

Yes, fuel is included in the private skippered tour. This page describes the full-day tour, rather than self-drive rental.

Can we stop for lunch?

Yes, we can arrange a lunch pause. Lunch and purchases ashore are excluded; the choice depends on location, sea conditions and availability.

Can we swim?

Yes, we plan pauses in suitable areas when sea and safety conditions allow. Locations and the number of stops are not fixed.

Is the itinerary fixed?

No. Your skipper adapts the route, stops and timing to conditions on the day and your preferences. Not every location can be guaranteed.

What happens with bad weather?

Departures and routes depend on weather and sea conditions. If conditions are unsuitable, contact us to agree an alternative under your booking terms.

Can children join?

Please include children’s ages and numbers in your enquiry. We will check the most suitable boat and arrangements with you before confirming.

What should we bring?

A swimsuit, sunscreen and sunglasses. Beach towels are already included.

Who handles enquiries

The data controller is POWERBOAT DI FRATELLI PORTO S.N.C. DI PIERO PORTO & C., VAT and tax number 10133531219, registered office at Rione Umberto I, 14, 80075 Forio (NA), Italy. For the Ischia Boat Rental website and personal data enquiries: powerboatischia@gmail.com, +39 331 306 5247.

The data we use

The form collects your name, email, phone number, experience, boat, date, number of guests and departure port. It may also include destination, navigation mode and your selection summary. An identifier is assigned to the enquiry. Do not provide identity documents, health information, card numbers or other guests’ personal details. No online payments are collected. An enquiry may also include your preferred departure time, which the team will check and confirm.

Purposes and legal bases

We answer enquiries, check availability and arrange the service at your request, on the basis of pre-contractual steps and, once confirmed, performance of a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Any tax and accounting obligations are based on law (Article 6(1)(c)). Preventing misuse relies on our legitimate interest in security (Article 6(1)(f)), balanced against users’ rights. The form does not subscribe you to newsletters and does not involve profiling or automated decisions.

Required and optional information

Required fields are needed to process your enquiry. Without them the form cannot be submitted; you may contact us directly to agree on the information needed. You provide the information yourself. Submission is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. Advertising consent is not required to answer your message.

Providers, recipients and external links

The infrastructure uses Cloudflare for the website and form endpoint; email delivery is designed to use Google Apps Script/Gmail. Information is intended for the staff handling enquiries and the providers needed for the service, in their respective privacy roles. WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and Tripadvisor open only when you choose their links and their notices apply. The form’s WhatsApp link may include your completed details in a prepared message, which you can edit before sending. We do not sell the information collected by the form.

Data retention

Enquiries, quotes and bookings remain in the private management archive for consultation, service management and historical review, without automatic deletion after inactivity. The controller must periodically review the need for retention and delete or anonymise data no longer needed, including following data-subject requests, subject to legal duties and protection of rights. Accounting records are kept for 10 years unless the law requires longer. Email and external archives are managed separately.

International transfers

Cloudflare and Google may process data outside the European Economic Area. For their locations, processing places and information on transfer safeguards, consult the provider notices linked below or contact the controller. Any transfers require the mechanisms provided under GDPR Articles 44–49, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses, where applicable.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Write to powerboatischia@gmail.com. We normally respond within one month, subject to GDPR extensions. We may request only the information needed to verify your identity. You may complain to the Italian data protection authority (garanteprivacy.it) or the competent authority in your country.

Optional website statistics

Only with consent, we measure page views and estimate pages visible in the last 5 minutes. A random identifier stays in page memory, with no analytics cookies or recognition between visits. Our statistics store contains no IP addresses, paths, URL parameters, referrers or enquiry data. Cloudflare receives technical requests and hosts the counts. Daily totals are kept for up to 400 days; temporary identifiers are deleted within 3 days of their last signal. Withdraw in Privacy preferences to stop collection; existing aggregate totals remain. Multiple tabs can overestimate visitors; refusals, blockers and some automated activity can affect counts. Statistics include the approximate connection country provided by Cloudflare, aggregated by day. This is not nationality and may be affected by VPNs or mobile networks.

What the website uses

We use technical functions to run the website. With your consent, we can remember your language and measure page views and active pages, without advertising or profiling. You can refuse, choose separately and change your choice in the footer.

Language preference

The ischia-language localStorage key stores only the language code if you allow it in the initial notice or preferences. Declining does not prevent browsing or using the language selector. The preference is used for at most 180 days after your choice; on the next visit after expiry it is removed unless renewed. You can revoke it from the footer: the language code is deleted immediately.

Remembering your privacy choice

The ischia-privacy-choice localStorage key stores the notice version, your language-storage choice and the date of that choice. It respects your preference without showing the notice on every page. It contains no name, contact or booking details and is not sent by the website to the server. The choice is valid for 180 days, after which the notice is shown again; material changes to the notice may require a new choice. Counts page views and estimates active pages. Random identifier in page memory, no form data and no analytics cookies. Optional.

Form data and external services

The code does not store completed form details in cookies or localStorage. They remain on the page while you complete it and are transmitted when you send the enquiry.
